It is better to come up with a version of your own drinks or learn popular ones than make complicated ones out of a book. I absolutely refuse to do Caesars and margaritas. Instead, I offer White Russians, Bloody Mary's, highballs, Black Russians, Brown Cows, Manhattans, Screwdrivers, beer, wine, Sangria and a nice rum-tea punch

Adam's Special Beach Punch with Brandy

Mix one litre of lemonade, 1 cup cranberry juice and 1 cup of apple juice. Add 1 cup of brandy or vodka. Pour into chilled long glasses and garnish with lemon slices or maraschino cherries that have a toothpick or umbrella run through them.

Adam's Sweet Manhattan:

Make a Manhattan but use Frangelico instead of vermouth.

Adam's Seabreeze:

Mix 1.5 oz. vodka with 3 oz. cranberry juice and 3 oz. grapefruit juice. Add a drop of sugar syrup and garnish with a cherry and orange slice. Pour into a tall glass with shaved ice.

Adam's Tierra del Fuego Punch:

Mix 2 cups club soda with a bottle of chilled Chilean Merlot and 1 cup of lemonade or peach juice. Add ice cubes. Place lime slices in each glass. Pour into punch or wine glasses and serve.

I love a good margarita made with quality gold tequila and triple sec. I also like mint julips with Jim Beam and Mojitos with rum. I also make a mean mudslide with vodka, Bailey's and Kahlua, and I also like to make "over 21" milk shakes with ice cream, milk, coffee liquer and Bailey's.
