I am bored and lonely at work. Yes, bored enough to count Minstrels!! I know, I could go and do something constructive, but this is much more fun somehow!!!

Hello, I was thinking of becomming vegetarian, but before I make my decision I wanted to try things like Tofu, etc..
I bought tofu that had sauce on it and mixed it with rice... so it didnt taste bland. The tofu was OK... it wasnt good or bad, but I couldnt see myself eating it for the rest of my life. The tofu made my stomach a bit queasy...is this normal if your not used to eating tofu?

I am concerned about cult influence that my kids may be exposed to at public schools. I have heard horror stories about other vegans convincing kids to throw away their meat out of their lunch boxes. I work very hard to make sure my kids have lunch boxes that include good wholesome meats. I don't want my kids to get sick from not eating meat.

I started my meal almost 2 hours ago and it just dawned on me that maybe I should have put the veggies down first.

Please, no Tupperware bashing. If you have a personal problem with the products, please explain why. Chances are, you don't know enough about TODAY'S products. I am really interested in finding out what ALOT of people think. This is research for my team.

Having friends round for dinner. They are vegetarian (not vegan, so dairy ok). Food needs to be suitable for kids too. From 1 year to 6 years old...
Would like 2 courses, ideally that I can make the night before - as kids only "slightly" helpful with the cooking...

How long should coddled eggs be left to reduce the risk of salmonella poisoning. I loved them as a kid and I know it won't be the same if the egg's all boiled, but a reference time'd be good.
