I want to make some flapjacks but i have run out of demerera/brown sugar- will it be ok if I just use caster sugar or granulated sugar?? answers will be much appreciated as I am hungry for flapjack!!

Hello, I was thinking of becomming vegetarian, but before I make my decision I wanted to try things like Tofu, etc..
I bought tofu that had sauce on it and mixed it with rice... so it didnt taste bland. The tofu was OK... it wasnt good or bad, but I couldnt see myself eating it for the rest of my life. The tofu made my stomach a bit queasy...is this normal if your not used to eating tofu?

I am concerned about cult influence that my kids may be exposed to at public schools. I have heard horror stories about other vegans convincing kids to throw away their meat out of their lunch boxes. I work very hard to make sure my kids have lunch boxes that include good wholesome meats. I don't want my kids to get sick from not eating meat.

i have been buying your peppemint oil code#7586 @fruitful yield,in lombard, illinois for eight years, and keep asking for larger than the 4oz. you currently offer, still no larger bottles,. WHY NOT LARGER BOTTLES? 12oz, would be good.
