Portugese chicken wings - if you are ever on Brixton Hill, head to The Gallery (Portugese restaurant + takeaway) where they do the best chicken wings ever. Watch them cook over the grill, and you can choose the strength of peri peri sauce you want them to be cooked in: hot, medium,mild. Absolutely delicious!
Their takeaway menu is limited but their restaurant (via a locked door which they will only open if they approve of the look of you...) menu is extensive and will satisfy most palettes.

i have different types of favorite food at different times of the year. turkey and dressing in the fall,and winter. i think i might just make that this weekend, thank you! bbq in the spring,and good old home made hambuger.

A slice of bread with butter, vegimite, sliced tomato and swiss cheese on top. Broil it and and enjoy. Tasty!
