Shrimp are known to be very high but I love them so I eat them anyway and my cholesterol is just fine so go figure.

shrimp is high - but a good high ,cause of the protein content in the shrimp it concentrates more on body-muscle growth than same amount of beef or beans ! this type also creates the healty enzymes for brain tissue .(so why try to cut out a good thing ? )

Why do you need to know this?Are you consuming pounds of them a day,or what?
The only thing is that they taste great:would not worry about the cholesterol.
Answer:no hardly any in them,they are not fat.
