Sorry, I've never had camel hump meat before. This is a nice creamy sauce that should go well with any thpe of meat...I like it best with chicken.

Garlic Cream Sauce
Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, cubed
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup milk

Cooking Instructions
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened, reduce heat to low.

Stir cream cheese and milk into garlic mixture. Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. Stir in chives.

This one would go well with beef

French Tomato Sauce
Serving Size : 1-1/2 to 2 quarts

3 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz Bacon, diced
1 cup Carrot, chopped
1 cup White Onion, chopped
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
6-1/2 lbs Fresh tomatoes, skinned, seeded, and diced
1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
4 cups Chickent Stock, low sodium
3/4 tablespoons Sugar Substitute (recommended: Splenda)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

In a large sauce pot heat oil, and add the bacon and cook until slightly crispy. Add the carrots and onions, cover and slowly cook for 20 minutes. Add a dusting of flour to the vegetables and cook until the flour turns golden. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and stock.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the sugar and season with salt and pepper. Carefully puree with a hand mixer and strain through a fine sieve.
