Please let me know which food items are rich contain Folic Acid, Vitamins C and E. Give full list separating above items and which is the way to in take those items such as cooked or raw and where can I get Silica which is used to add in dreinking water and any other suggetions. I came to know that above items are excellent to prevent the Alzeimer disease and good to ward off it's progress. Your valuable guidance will be appreciated.

I'm looking for a fast, easy, dessert for a surprise party for my friend's mom. It needs these requirements:

1. The kids who will be making it are 12 and 10, and we're pretty good at baking.
2. We can't make a cake or cupcakes because we don't have cake mix/icing, and we don't have access to a car, or someone who could drive us.
3. It needs to be fast, because we will only have about 15-20 minutes to make it.
4. It needs to be able to be eaten by a 3-year-old toddler.
5. It can't be made in an oven because the adult who is with us doesn't speak very good English.

If you could please list a recipe that would be great! And if it has a hawaiian theme that's even better! thank you!

i love many and eating cakes, but homemade cake recipes are always unhealthy and contain ingredients such as loads of sugar and margarine. are there any more healthy alternatives which i could substitute some of these ingredients for, but still produce great cakes??

I have just relocated to Colorado Springs area, I am having a hard time trying to find one of those vending machines that lets you fill your own 5 gallon jugs of water.
