I know of a couple of farm shops north of Wolverhampton where you can certainly pick fruit & veg but not sure about mushrooms.
Essington farm shop, which is located just off junction 1 of the M54.
Bradshaw's farm shop, which is located near Perton Golf Club on Wrottesley Park Road.
