where can i find the franchise for indonesia ayam penyet?

Ayam Penyet is a yummy dish of fried smashed chicken, which I've tried. I think this dish orignated from Surabaya, Indonesia. Anyone has information of the company that provides this franchise?

I have searched hard for the name of the company that sells ayam penyet (smashed chicken). I do not see any Indonesian company franchising it. There are however outlets in Indonesia and Singapore that sell this. But no formal franchiser is there. Perhaps you can start doing it!

try googling but im not sure they are franchasing though. Maybe you should learn how to make them.
