Get a ready made crust, in any flavor you choose. Since you dont have time dont get a frozen one. Then choose a ready made pudding. They can come in large containers in the dairy isle, or in another isle, but in small packs for kids to take to school. Choose a flavor such as vanilla, or pioneapple for your theme.
Spread the pudding into the crust, evenly.
Then if you'd like, place pineapple tidbits, or slices, over the pudding.
Then get Ready Whip Whipped Cream and Pile it on top making sure you build toward the center so it looks like a small hill.
You can decorate with plastic flowers and coconut for your theme.

Merlot Poached Dessert Pears:
FoodFit Original Recipes use seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are healthy, delicious and easy to make. Our chef follows FoodFit's nutrition standards for recipes that are lower in fat, but full of flavor!
Ingredients:
Qty. Measurement Description
1 cup water
1 cup good quality merlot
2 cups sugar
3 Bosc pears, peeled
12 peppercorns
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
Cook:1 hour and 15 minutes (cooking time)
Preparation:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover the pears with a piece of parchment paper or weigh them down with a plate so that they stay immersed in the liquid.
2. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook until the pears are tender when pierced with a knife, about 20 to 30 minutes. (Pears can be made ahead and stored in their syrup in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Their flavor will intensify.)
3. Remove the pears from the liquid and set aside. Continue to simmer the liquid for about 30 minutes, until it has a syrup-like consistency. Discard the peppercorns, cinnamon stick and cloves. Keep warm.
4. Cut the pears in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and core with a melon baller or small spoon. Remove any additional core using a small paring knife.
5. Slice the pear halves lengthwise and arrange the slices on plates. Spoon the warm syrup on and around the pears.

Pistachio Pie!
1 box Jello brand pistachio pudding mix
1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Drain the pineapple just a little. Place in bowl, sprinkle the pudding mix on top, stir, let sit for 10-15 minutes (it'll turn green, that's OK!) Fold in the Cool Whip until blended, pour into the crust, and shove it in the fridge for a few hours!
Really fast and easy.

This is very easy and requires no cooking:
Strawberry Angel Food Cake
1 storebought Angel Food cake, torn into bite sized pieces
1 (8oz.) package no fat cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) container light whipped cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced
With electric mixer, mix together the cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar.
In a large clear glass bowl, layer half of the cake, spread half of the cream cheese mixure over that, then half of the strawberries. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries.
Chill until ready to serve.
Good luck!!

You can make non-bake cookies. All you need is milk, hot chocolate mix, and oatmeal. Put the milk and hot chocolate mix on the stove and let it boil for a while then add the oatmeal. Let it boil some more then put glops of it on wax paper and put it the fridge for a while to cool and harden. If you really want something with a hawiian theme you could make smoothies.

Here is a snack my 16 month old son eats all the time. Take some bananas, cut them in half, push a popsicle stick into one end, freeze them for 1 hour, melt some chocolate chips, take the frozen bananas and dip them in the chocolate, put them back in the freezer until chocolate has hardened.
Sorry I forgot you only had 15-20 minutes..oh well.
