Please let me know which food items are rich contain Folic Acid, Vitamins C and E. Give full list separating above items and which is the way to in take those items such as cooked or raw and where can I get Silica which is used to add in dreinking water and any other suggetions. I came to know that above items are excellent to prevent the Alzeimer disease and good to ward off it's progress. Your valuable guidance will be appreciated.

Folic acid also called vitamin B9 is found principally in:
green leafy veggies
FRESH mushrooms
Sprouts; alfalfa, broccoli,sunflower etc
Brewer's yeast
Wheat germ
Soybeans
Herbs also contain substantial amounts of vitamin B9:

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

vitamin c: oranges, madarins, tomato, lemon, sweetlime
vitamin e: almonds, green vegetables,
folic acid: corn flour , breakfast cereal (wheat, corn, oats)
