Yellowtail Shiraz:
A wine made for the North American palate.
It has added sugars because North Americans prefer sweet flavors.
It is made from huge over producing grapes that lack structure; therefore tannins are added to balance the wine.
It is oxygenated to produce mature qualities in a cheap young wine.
It is basically a wine that has been created in a laboratory to sell to North Americans. Many Australian wineries, seeing the success of Casella Estate, are following suit.

There are so many other great inexpensive wines that are true expressions of the grape.

The other day I saw a vegetable being bagged at Wegmans. It was green and looked like very long string beans. Probably about 1 foot long. They had a piece of plastic wrap around the bunch to keep them together. My mom said something possible asian, but i dont know! 10 pts. for the right answer.

Sorry, I have to ask a question just to get rid of that stupid questions that does not belong in this section.....

Some veggies do not wear leather ( eg) because it is sourced from animals. Many would also not wear a leather coat if they found it, so that wouldn't even have a direct impact on the death of the animal, but for ethical reasons they don't wear it

So, my predicament.....

Is is OK for a vegetarian to drive a car because petrol is made from dead animals ?

Just because the animal died many years ago, does that make it OK ?

My mom had an old recipe in her original crock pot recipe book that came with it, 35 yrs ago or so. She has lost it but I just remember how good it was. She told me it had horseradish and worchestire sauce in it, which is what made it so good. I tried allrecipes.com to no avail, anyone know the actual recipe? I would appreciate it! Thanks.

mine is a gyro, the greek ones on pita bread with lamb and onions and cucumber sauce, they are so tasty. also a good italian beef or italian hamburger is great, if you live anwhere close to rockfalls illinois you gotta get one at angelos pizza, they are the best. but for sandwiches i make at home ham and swiss on wheat bread or a blt with swiss cheese. but i like to be different and try new things. a grilled peanut butter and honey on wheat bread is the bomb, especially with chunky peanut butter. or a grilled corned beef hash with swiss on rye bread is really great too. i just wonder if you all have a favorite regional sandwich or just a home recipe for some kind that is different from the normal things most people eat everyday but is very tasty.
