That's a good question. I guess it would have to be no since pork is a white meat, but bacon is a dark colored meat. However sausage is just a mishmosh of parts, so who knows about that.

no, bacon is mostly fat. neither is considered red meat because it comes from a pig (pork) beef is red meat.
