I'm at work. Do i go for the healthy option or the fat more appealing option?

healthy all the way! what a stupid question you dont want to end up looking like rick waller and you'll feel better too. Go for a healthy option of something like tomatoes stuffed with tuna and a bit of pesto on top. Place in the oven for 5minutes or a bit longer. Simple.

How much exercise do you do and it also depends on how fast your body burns up fuel, but if your in doubt go for the healthy option and have a devilish desert!
