Bacon, Mushroom, and Cheese Omelet
Serves 1
3/4 CupEggbeaters
1-1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 Strips Crisply Fried Bacon
1 (4 oz can) Sliced Mushrooms, drained
1/4 CupMozzarella Cheese, grated
1 Scallion, sliced thin, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large nonstick frying pan melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and scramble slightly. Allow the eggs to coat the pan and cook evenly. Crumble the bacon into the eggs, add the mushrooms and cheese, and cook for 1 minute.
Carefully slide 1 end of the omelet onto a plate while folding the other end over on top, like a taco. Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.

Well if you wanna be real creative, how about a breakfast casserole. If you Par boil your potatoes, then peel them after u take out of water, slice into "chips" layer on bottom of casserole dish, dice onion chop mushrooms put ontop of potatoes, layer cheese then whip eggs and seasoning w abit of milk and cover all of you rstuff bake until bubbly and knife comes out clean
@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Or make a breakfast bagel pizza
smash tomatoe up w fork, spread on bagel, scramble egg with onion and mushroom, top bagel, cover with cheese.
@@@@@@@
Make a waffle, make an scramble with eggs and onion and mushrooms, and cheese, eat the bagel w/ lox and tomatoe, drink your juice as you cook, Fry your potatoes up with onion. save cereal and rolls for supper when you are trying to decide what to make. Wait you can hard boil more than one egg and use left overs for egg salad sandwich on your roll. good luck eiother way hun. it wil all come together.

too bad you dont have a can of whole kernel corn, if you drain it well and add it to pancakes or waffles it is great. do the eggs sunny side up and put them on the rolls, its great when the yolks run and soak into bread or rolls, cut the potatoes and some onions into thin slices and fry in some butter. and just drink the oj. im having leftover lasagna for breakfast.

Of course you can make on omelet with the egges, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms and onions, or you could make a sort of sandwich with the bagel. Cut the bagel in two, toast each half then put the mozzarella and tomatoes and other seasoning (salt, pepper, spieces,...) if you want and it's ready! That's making me hungry....lol bye happy breakfasting!

Make some rolls, fresh orange juice, and lox for breakfast. If you run out of rolls, then toast some bagels and put cream cheese on them.

since you have eggs and rolls you can make a nummy french toast--
scramble the eggs and add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and little sugar. slice the rolls in half and dip in the egg batter. cook in melted butter. serve with warm syrup.
Save the veggies and cheese for a quiche for dinner.
