Corn Pudding
1 can cream corn
1 can sweet corn with fluid
1 Cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup crushed crackers ( saltines are good but everything is better on a Riz)
1 Cup diced onion
1 cup shredded Mild Cheddar
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Pam a 8 inch baking dish.
Beat milk and eggs in a large bowl, mix in everthing else.
bake 30-45min
should be moist but not dry or wet.
this is a southern favorite my family we've been making for generations

You can make a soup (well chowder really) You get the tin of creamed corn and add milk (half a pint for a medium size can of corn dependant on how big the tin and to how thick/thin you want the chowder and) and diced boiled potatoes. Put it all into a pan and simmer until warmed through

Corn Chowder
Servings: 4
1 medium potato diced
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 oz can) chicken broth
1 (16 oz can) cream-style corn
2 c milk
2 T butter
1 egg slightly beaten
1 (8 oz can) corn
Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Add broth and potato and simmer until potato is tender.
Add corn and milk, blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir some of chowder into egg.
Add mixture to sauce pan and blend well. Simmer until heated through. Serve.

Corn Chowder
INGREDIENTS:
* 4 slices bacon, diced
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
* 1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 3 cups milk
* salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute the bacon and onions together until onions are tender, about 7 minutes. Add the corn, potatoes, soup, milk, and salt and pepper. Raise heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer about 25 to 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Corn Chowder
Ingredients Preparation
4 slices bacon
1 cup [250 mL] chopped onion
1 cup [250 mL] water
1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
3/4 cup [190 mL] mashed potatoes
2 cups [500 mL] creamed corn
1 large [16 1/2-ounces / 470-mL] can evaporated milk, undiluted
Cut bacon into small pieces; brown over medium heat, into an 8-cup [2-L] casserole.
Add chopped onion; cook over low heat, until tender and golden.
Pour in water; salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in mashed potatoes.
Add creamed corn and milk; mix well.
Reheat, without boiling, before serving.

Chicken and sweet corn soup
You need:
1 litre salt reduced chicken stock liquid
1½ litres water
1 tablespoon salt reduced chicken style stock powder
500g skinless chicken breast
½ cup shallots sliced
2 cups frozen corn kernels
2 x 420g cans creamed corn
3 tablespoons soy sauce 43% less salt
1 egg white
pepper to taste
Method:
Place stock liquid, water and stock powder in boiler. Once boiled, add whole chicken breasts. Cook 10 minutes then remove chicken. Either shred or dice chicken then return to pot with shallots, corn kernels, creamed corn and soy sauce. Bring to boil, then reduce to slow boil. Cook a further 10 minutes. Whisk in beaten egg white. Add pepper to taste.

I was going to reply sheppards pie on last Q, but you was asking for soup. Sheppards pie is easy 123 step recipe, as down below. Just layer hamburg, corn and potato then bake. I brown my hamburg with onion for flavor add a tad flour to keep it creamy, top this with a can of crm corn and whole corn, layer of cheese then, tope with potatoes. garnish with parsley and paprika, and dobs of butter.

also add to ingredients for pot pies or stews creamy texture and not over powering with peices of corn.
