So this time i DIDNT open the oven while my sponge cake was still in it,but as soon as i took it out the middle sank!!!!
Why?!!!!!!!!!
i did fill the crater up with whipped cream and berries and it tasted great ,but that doesnt explain why my cakes keep sinking!!!
Is it karma?
Or am i just useless?

Why haven't the chilis on my plants tured from green to orange?
I live in England and have been growing Cheyenne chili peppers outdoors. The plant has produced a reasonable amount of good sized fruit so all of this is fine. However, the chilis have not turned from green to the orange that they are meant to be. The harvest time for the plant is August onwards so surely this should of happened, or at least started to happen by now? Does anyone know why this may not have happened? Any ideas/suggestions/advice gratefully received! Serious answers only please. Oh, and i'm pretty sure it is not to do with the temperature here as it has been a warm/hot summer so I doubt this is the cause.

There is a brand of bottled water in my country that has 9 grams of oxygen per liter. Does that oxygen offer any benefits or not? Is water high in oxygen content better than that low in oxygen content or it makes no difference?
