I'm sure this will go over like a ton of bricks!!! I workout most morning and have a shake mix from Lifetime fitness called "FASTFUEL".. Use a blender, water, ice cubes, the mix comes in a powder form, I usually add a banana and a bit of yogurt..... It seems to keep me out of the refrigerator till dinner time and I've actually lost a few pounds on the stuff, so, I guess that's why I keep doing it.... Heck, what ever happened to a ham & cheese omlet???? I'm really gettin old...

That sounds about perfect just make the eggs over easy and give me some grits to put more gravy on! I love biscuits and sausage gravy when I'm at camp. My favorite summer breakfast is Kellogg's raisin bran with a sliced banana...all sounds so yummmmmy!

Minced ham and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, homefries with fried onions, biscuit or fresh baked bread.
What is red eye gravy?

I have never heard of buttermilk biscuits or red eye gravy.

I love a toasted panini with scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms with tomato sauce.

I love 2 eggs sunny side up with hashbrowns and a side of bacon.
But now I watch my weight so it's the bowl of granola that tastes as scrumptous as wet cardboard.

I like to start the day off with fruit. Mostley a banana cause the banana is the best fruit for you. Just by eating one banana in the morning it helps you consume 40% more information during your day more clearly. Im still in school and it really helps!

Pancakes with a choice of dipping sauces-- honey or chocolate syrup-- and skim milk. I did prefer Morningstar sausage links mashed up with bananas (and actually still do) but I may have developed an allergy to bananas.
