There's thousands of chicken recipes on the net. Try the Food Network and Cooks, Inc. websites for starters. In the mean time, here's an unusuaI recipe I tried yesterday. It was delicious.

ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD
4 cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 1/4 cups bean sprouts
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup vegetable oil
5 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup diced celery
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Combine the chicken, bean sprouts, snow peas, and scallions. Make a dressing using the oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add to the chicken mixture. Add the celery and water chestnuts and mix well. Serve chilled.

This is for chicken breasts, but they have to be boneless. But really try this. It is so great! Here's what you need:

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese with tomato and basil (can be found in the deli section of the grocery)
Italian bread crumbs

All you do is pound the chicken until it's pretty flat. Dredge one side of the breasts in bread crumbs. Place about a tablespoon of feta on each breast; fold in half. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes, uncovered.

Serve with pasta or spinach salad ... this is so good.

There are a lot of good recipe websites. Here are some - www.allrecipes.com, www.cooks.com, www.cookinglight.com. Type chicken breast in as a search term and a bunch of recipes will come up. Look for ones that other people have rated highly (on allrecipes) and hopefully you'll pick one that tastes really good! Hope this helps!
