I want something that's easy to make, cheap to make, and low in calories.

She is 5"7 and 280 pounds. She really wants to lose weight and I've been helping her. She started at 290 pounds, so there is some progress.

I would love some exercises and/or recipes for her. I cook her breakfast every morning and sometimes make her lunch, too. Please note that I'm 14 and no professional cook, though. I'm as good as the average mom, and that's about it.

The exercises have to be something other than pushing the weelchair around, there's not enough room and her weelchair is electric.

Thanks so much for any help! It would brighten both of our days.:)

I have heard that unless you specify differently , they come with only a meat filling , and cheese,, and salsa( there are many meat fillings to choose from ,, pork ones are delicious,, ) I was told Taco Bell gives true mexican food a bad name !!!

I have tried twice to make prime rib. The first time it was undercooked and burnt outside tough and rare in the middle. The second time I purchased a cut from a quality butcher (choice cut) and baked it as most recipes say in a low oven for hours with a rub. Both times they didnt turn out very good. .....Tell me why and give me suggestions. THANKS!

It seems when ever I experimented with marijuana, it caused me great paranoia, to where I would loose sleep the whole night. But when I drink a pint a vodka, I have a great tolerance for alcohol and it does not cause any paranoia at all, I can go right to sleep and have no worries.
