Cool & Creamy Chocolate Fondue with Chocolate Drizzled Cinnamon Chips

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips in microwave with half of the cool whip, about 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds. Fold in remaining cool whip, cinnamon and vanilla and mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until serving. Serve with assorted fresh fruit (like strawberries, pear slices, apples, whatever you like) and chocolate drizzled cinnamon chips.

Chocolate Drizzled Cinnamon Chips

8 7-inch flour tortillas
4 T. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Arrange on baking sheet or stone. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in sugar shaker. Lightly spray tortillas with water and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and crisp. Cool completely. Melt chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over cinnamon chips. Let stand until set. (I just put mine in the fridge to harden the chocolate.)

This is so good! I made it for a party I had, and I had leftovers and sat in front of Yahoo Answers and ate it all while I answered questions! Delicious!
One tip - I put more chocolate chips in the dip than the recipe called for, because I'm always like, hey! you can't have too many chocolate chips! But, it made the dip a little thicker than it should have been. Still good, but more fudgy than creamy!

Beat butter and sugars in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using a hand-held electric mixer. Beat in peanut butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add flour mixture in two additions, beating well after each addition. Spread mixture in prepared pan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly with finger. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes to soften chocolate. Spread chocolate evenly and sprinkle with peanuts.

Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 24 bars. Store bars in an airtight container.
