I left some ground beef that was frozen out to defrost this mid- morning however i forgot to put it back in the fridge so it was out til about 4:00, is is still ok to eat. (Its was going to be grilled) and when i finally realized what i did, the meat if fully defrosted...

It tastes pretty different from other beers I know...better ! One of the things I notice is it foams like hell and it is a bit foggy in the glass...but I don't know why.

I just got a new recipe book but all the recipes include "large eggs", which try as I might I haven't been able to find anywhere. So can I use one normal-sized egg instead of a large one? Or maybe I need more? Help will be greatly appreciatted!
