It depends on the temperature in your home. If you keep your therostat at 72 or below, there should be no problem. I know this sounds funky, but you probably want to smell the meat. If it smells okay, it should be okay. If there is any odd odor...as the saying goes, "When in doubt, throw it out."

I have left meat out all day (by mistake) and it has been fine. I remember my mom used to put frozen meat on her counter from morning until dinner. That was how she defrosted things. In all those years, we never got sick. I wouldn't recommend doing this. Afterall, I won't eat luchmeat after three days. However, I wouldn't be afraid to grill the meat you are talking about.

No meat is bad meat until it starts to show and smells awful.See it,smell it,feel it and if in doubt, throw it away.
it's a rule that once defrosted you can't put the meat back to freeze coz of bacteria starting to grow so that you have to be very keen & careful not to make that mistake.
Granting you put that meat in cool area where there's no direct sunlight I pressume it's still fine.Just make sure you grill that meat at a very slow tempo so it's well-cooked thoroughly inside out.
Bon appetit!

You should be okay. I left meat out all night on accident and was too poor (a starving college student) to just throw it out. It gains the taste of the chemicals around it and you have to make sure you cook it all the way but I didn't get sick or anything. So cook it all the way and you should be fine.

Ground beef is usually cheap enough that keeping questionable meat is a bad idea.

Open it and smell it. If you are not sure by the smell then don't use it.
It should be fine but I would smell it any way because you don't want to get sick from it.
