I'm not a fan of mayo or catsup. When I do a sandwich I just put a lot of mustard on it, so it's not dry. When I'm eating a hot dog, I don't feel tempted to put catsup on it, just mustard, except when there isn't any, yeah catsup. Some people put some mayo con tuna, I mix it with mustard.

Is mustard any better than the other 2? I can't seem to get enough mustard.

It's my husband's birthday today and I've spent a fortune on fillet steak and really don't want to ruin it. I usually grill steak but I'm not sure that's the best method for fillet. We both like our steak quite rare. Has anyone got any suggestions? All ideas gratefully received - thank you!
