Lamb Steak

6 boneless lamb shoulder
1 medium onion, chopped (wedges)
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3-4 tablespoons oyster sauce

Trim off the meat of fat.
Add dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix throughly and marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the refrigate.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, saute the onion till soft.
Add the lamb to pan and brown the lamb on all sides, adding a little more oyster sauce, if necessary.
Turn heat down to slow and fry till dark brown on all sides, serve with warm rice.

I could be more exact if you had specified where the steak had been cut from. I will hazard a guess the they are leg steaks which need to be slowly braised . Brown both sides first at high heat then add some water and reduce to a gentle simmer. Turn from time to time and top up with water if required. 30-40minutes. The other way would be to casserole them.

Use a George Forman grill, about 5ish minutes depending on the thickness and how well you like them done. I usually use this seasoning called Sazon Completa, by Badia. Either use that or a little salt, pepper, and dried mint leaves.
