I'm not a fan of mayo or catsup. When I do a sandwich I just put a lot of mustard on it, so it's not dry. When I'm eating a hot dog, I don't feel tempted to put catsup on it, just mustard, except when there isn't any, yeah catsup. Some people put some mayo con tuna, I mix it with mustard.
Is mustard any better than the other 2? I can't seem to get enough mustard.

Of the 3, mustard is considered a "free" food...you can eat as much of it as you want...there are no calories, fat, or sugars...catsup and mayo are loaded with it

I like mustard the best too. Mayo is high in fat and catsup is high in sugar. Therefore, mustard is not only the best tasting, but it is the best for you.

Mustard usually has no fat and no added sugar (unless it's that honey mustard crap). Regular mayo is loaded with fat and catsup is loaded with sugar.

Yes Mustard is better than Mayo. Mayo has hydrogenated oil in it. Hydrogenated oil is probably the worst thing we eat today.

I believe mustard is the better of them all health wise. No fat, no carbs, no sugar. If you like mustard, keep eating it. The other two are loaded with bad stuff.

Isn't mustard a zero calorie condiment? If so, live it up, mayo is fattening, but ketchup is my favorite.
