Both! As long as they are fresh...I once got yelled at in a 7-11 for squeezing(not that hard!) to see if the Ho-Hos were fresh- he said " You can no go 'round and feeling all the ho-hos and tasteycake-it not ok!" I was like alrighty then...but just to let you know...Ho-Hos are NOT supposed to be crispy sir!! Anyway- I like FRESH ho-hos the best with some cold milk!

sorry i'm an aussie as far as i'm aware we don't have twinkies or ho-hos in Australia but they are like sweets in the form of a muesli type bar, aren't they?
