I would like to know your ideas on preparing or partially preparing foods ahead of time on the weekends so that during the busy work week, all I need to do would be to throw the ingredients together and pop in the oven, heat in the microwave, etc. I have limited freezer space, so preparing a whole meal and storing it in the freezer isn't really an option. For instance, sometimes I will cook whole chickens on the weekend and cut up the meat and put it in freezer bags, so that I can just add the already cooked meat to a recipe. Anyone have any other tips to share?

I know someone who worked in one, and they said that after the take-away shut, the chinese owners would eat totally different sort of chinese food. Nicer and not so heavy.

My husband is responsible and loving and is not suffering in any areas of his life from drinking - only that it makes me upset. He drinks anywhere from 4-7 beers nightly. I think this is excessive but he doesn't. I want to reitterate that he doesn't have mood changes or violence or is never late to work, etc. Am I making a problem where there isn't one?

Is there a soy sauce that is healthy. By healthy I mean not loaded with tons of sodium. I know there are some that are less sodium, but they still have like 550 mgs of sodium per serving as opposed to the others that are 900mgs.
