I want the recipe for this drink I had at Red Lobster. I dont know the name, but it comes in a tall glass, its mostly creamy colored/ like a slushy/ with a reddish top and a pineapple slice and a strawberry! I LOVE IT! Its kind of pina colada ish but So much better. Does anyone know what the name is or how to make it? Please let me know, thanks. Angie

Ok...so my dads birthday is today and me and my mom usually make him a speacial dinner and dessert. The only problem is that we can't think of a good birthday dessert. And my dad does not like cake! Anybody have a good dessert idea?

My boyfriend has high blood pressure and is 40 pounds over weight for his age, only 19 years old. He eats very unhealthy foods, like fast food every day. I want to help him change that, and get healthy. By doing so, im willing to make him food everyday that is good for him, but im not to sure of anything that is healthy, yet still tastes good to eat. I have-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1.5 lbs thinly sliced ribeye steak, frozen okra, potatoes, various pastas, Ramen noodles of the creamy-chicken variety, canned green beans, canned carrotts, one onion, and a half loaf of bread. Cows have to be milked. If they don't, their utters dry up and they moan because it hurts so bad. Chickens have to lay eggs. It's what they do. I know all about factory farming and how terrible it is, but why not just buy organic milk and eggs?
