yea,...it was very dumb...he isnt blind or anything just started drinking looked down and went "omg it's moldy!"

well heres wut you do.....have your friend turn himself completely upside down and tell him to stay that way for about an hour...
i think that would be a better way to die than by gettting terribly sick from mold and dieing off that way ...ummm good luck with that :)

Oh, good Lord. Mold is not penicillin. Penicillin is derived from a certain type of mold. You people crack me up. So your dear friend drank moldy kool-aide? That's just wrong. I think either two things will happen:
1. Nothing. He will digest it and there won't be any problem.
2. He may get rather ill (food poisoning) in which case he'll be vomitting and probably have diarrhea.
If I were him, I'd stay close to home for the next few hours to see what happens next. He wouldn't want to be stuck in traffic if #2 ends up being the case!
How did he not see the mold before he drank it?

moldy koolaid? didn't know it could mold. he should be fine though. it isn't poisonous, pennicillian is made from certain types of mold. is your friend blind or something? did the koolaid not look weird?

Well, penicillin was actually discovered in a similar way. If it's the same type of mold (which it very well may be) then he just took a little antibiotic.
