Bailey's is a little to sweet for me, but it is great on ice cream. For hot chocolate, I prefer Kahlua, and for coffee--just give me good old Irish Coffee. Far superior to either Bailey's or Kahlua is Sheridan's. It is VERY expensive (about $40.00 a bottle if you can even find it in the states) but you can get it on most cruise ships half price. It is in a double bottle, with both pouring out at the same time and it layers in your glass.
EXCELLENT!

Hate it...WAAAAYYY too sweet. Its like drinking liquid sugar.

Generally not keen on coffee liquers, but Kahlua is good as a mixer.
