WHY I DO NOT WANT A FAKE HAIR COLOR/MUCH MAKEUP(EX. COVERUP):
i was an exchange student for 6 months and i landed myself in a narcistic family with two beautiful girls who hardly ever wore makeup but always looked stunning...
and the entire family(including the PARENTS)called me ugly and insulted me for wearing so much makeup and for having acne and bleaching my hair...i want to show them up!!!
also...
i used to be teased a lot in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade esp because i was so ugly. even little kids would run away from "the monster" and people would use me to do their homework and for candy etc. =( so those are my reasons.
i am 17.

I love this girl and do not want to loose her, I just have trouble dealing with emotional outbursts. I try to be sensitive, but I come from an environment where problems are solved by communicating more straight forward. If I did something wrong, tell me. If I can fix the problem, I will, or at least compromise a little. This woman is not happy with an apology and an attempt to solve a problem, I must suffer as much or more than her (at least from my perspective), before she will be satisfied. I am so perplexed.

I've had a gf for almost 2 years now. I do not see myself being with a man again. I am now 22. My parents ask me all the time do I have a bf or who am I seeing. They know I am very school and career minded. I will be the 1st person in the family to graduate college. My question is if I do not get married by the time I'm in my 30's, have a bf, or have any kids will my parents think I'm a lesbian? I come from a very strict Christian family..my parents are super religious. It's impossible to tell them and I don't ever plan on it. My excuse if they ever ask me about a bf, husband, or having kids in the future would be bc I'm very ambitious and career minded and don't have time. Do you think that will work? What else can I tell them? I love my family and don't want to hurt them. I fear they will stop talking to me. My family is not like other families. I also want to be happy, but I will forever keep it a secret.

Hes two years older than me and he resently started in the company and for these past months i think i have developed feeling for him and its practically killing me inside that i cant say anything to him! Besides that i think he might like me too, i feel like he is sending me mixed messages. I heard he has a girlfriend but he has never mentioned it to me. For example: There is this red bracelet (string) thing that he is always wearing and one of my friends said that she asked him what it was and he told her and everybody around that his girlfriends aunt gave it to him. This was a few weeks ago, but today out of curiosity i asked him what it was (there was no one around but the both of us) and he said that it was a good luck charm that one of his friends aunt gave to him. He didnt say girlfriend, he said friend. Anyways its really driving me crazy because i feel like he acts different towards me that with everybody else. Here is the thing.I have this co-worker and from the first time i met him,he left a good impression for me.Every now and then he started to tell me that he loves me and i was like "don't say things that you don't mean."Because im not even sure if he means that or not.Everytime we see each other in our work place,he will always say that he likes me and ask me stuff about having a relationship with him. But then,i am not sure if he is being serious about me or he was just killing his time.Now,i kinda like want to go out with him but i am having second thoughts because first of all,i don't know a thing about him.And im the type of person that is not gonna open up a conversation to get to know other person.Now,he is the only thing in my mind,all day.He shows that he cares about me and everything like that,he says sweet stuff that can really make a person's heart melt, but i just couldn't tell if he is serious or not.What should i do?I dont wanna confess first or do the first move.

He works at home, so he has been doing this for over a decade - watching porn that is. So now, we don't have any kind of a sex life, because he is used to watching porn. I've tried talking to him but he gets fed up and just says I should watch porn. As well, he says I should dress up for him - that this would help our sex life. I don't mind porn, but to 'need' porn to have a sex life is sad. He also has never come the few times we have had sex - during 8 months. I don't know how common this is, or if this situation will get better? Does anyone else have any experience with this? As well, he says he'd like me to be a 'porn ****' for him. This is so foreign to me, (and he knows it), I'm not a prude, but have no interest in a second career. Any insight would be appreciated.
