Did she hesitate and then say that she would rather have yours instead?
Or did she playfully say that she would rather call you?
If its the former, then you probably won't be hearing from her again. On the other hand, if she was honestly being a bit playful about it she could just be weird and not like random guys having her number.
Honestly, theres almost no chance your going to get a call. Next time you should ask for an email address, most women feel safer giving those away (for good reason).

It is very possible. Could be that she is cautious too, not wanting a guy to have her number is the smart thing to do especially if she really doesn't know you.
