Last weekend, I had to work concessions for 5 and a half hours with four guys I didn't know. During that time, I spent most of my time talking to one of the guys. I probably learned more than I should have. For instance, he's never dated a girl, doesn't go out and get smashed, and has a slight video game addiction that he balances out by reading just as much. We were pretty much side by side the whole night when we weren't helping other people. At the end of the night, when we were going to our cars, he stopped me and asked for a 'new friend hug'.

It seems like every time I see a girl that has everything I want and what I want isn't much, she seems to be off limits for one reason or another? It's either you are scared you will ruin it and she will never be your friend again or even though both of you click like you've never clicked with anyone before. That or she's got some guy she's not dating but she's all about and won't have anything to do with you because that guy that really doesn't like her is still around or one of her friends doesn't like you. Most girls I've notice and even in my late 20s now listen to their friends and will only date guys that their friends think are hot. She has some screwed up reason why she doesn't like you or can't be with you. It's always yeah... I'm not going to date you Mr. has a real job and a house, no debt and will treat me like a princess. I'm going to stick with this guy whom I have to explain a black eye to the neighbors every now and again because of.

i liked this guy a couple of years ago. nothing happened between us. we sort of moved apart and i've only seen him about four times since then. i've liked other guys since and i was pretty sure that i'd gotten over him, but everytime i see him i get this feeling that i still like him, even though it's been nearly 3 years. i saw him this afternoon (his sister goes to school with my brother) and i haven't been able to stop thinking about him since.

i've been seeing my boyfriend now for about 10 months. he's the type of guy that calls in the morning and at night.... but just recently he hasn't been, which is kinda weird for him, or if he does its like 5 mins and he's gone. i know thats not a big deal but he got very crookid when i couldn't come and see him the other day... and when we went out yesturday i dunno, he was acting the same and all, but i just had this weird feeling, like he's not attacted to me anymore or something....any thoughts??

I could've sworn when we got off the phone earlier that day he said he would call but he says I was the one who was supposed to call him. Neither one of us called the other. Now he's mad at me even though I explained to him that it was just a misunderstanding. I just started dating him a month ago and we talk every day and we've even talked about our possible future together. But if he is this upset about an honest mistake like this I am questioning whether I will be happy with him. I asked him whether he was mad about the mistake I made, or if he was afraid that I just didn't want to talk to him and he said,"BOTH!" And then hung up on me...I'm shocked. I've been talking to this girl for the past week and a half and everything seems to be okay one day then rocky the next.

She always seems too busy for me but sometimes she'll text me things like "I was thinking about you" and what not.

So on monday night, i asked her out for a date today and i asked her if she'd like to, she replied that she would and she'll tell me what time she's be free this afternoon.

I also text her later that night to say goodnight and she replied with a "dream of me".

I gave her a call yesterday, she picked up but she was doing her xmas shopping and said she'd call me back but she didn't.

I text her a final text today asking her if she's still free and I won't text again till I know whats going on.

Today is date day and I still haven't heard from her. Shall I say "sod it" and give up? Or what shall I do? Im so confused >.<

My ex and I have two children together. We split up because we were both young and immature. We cheated on each other and pretty much killed the trust between one another. Now we are older and find that we have a pretty good relationship despite our past. We are still very close friends and there has been talk of giving it another shot. The problem is I have been faithful to the guy that I have dated and feel that I have proven that I can be trust worthy; he on the other hand cheated on his ex many times. Now he insists on having his friends (females) despite what we have because he says he doesn't trust anyone. I have tried to have a friend on the side so that I don't feel stupid if he ends up hooking up with one of the girls, but I'm just not comfortable with deceiving one guy in hopes of being with another so I cut it off with the friend. I just learned that my ex still has contact with a girl that he cheated on me with is an ex of his. Should I go with the obvious and leave it?

I have written here before and got some good advice.
This is all about the girl I’ve been seeing.
It’s been 2 months now.
Well after a hot romance here and seeing her 4 times a week she dropped the bomb.

It was always not the right time for us with her getting out of a relationship, but we met and things happened.

A couples time she has mentioned it was too much and she was moving way too fast.
Now she says we should not see each other till she gets her life straight.

This is after Christmas plans, and gifts and talks with me day and night.
Then its here.
Well now Im heart broken to say the least wondering what to do.
Do I fight for this or let her be?


She has told me she could easily just fallow her heart and stay with me, but she keeps telling herself it was not in the plans.


Im confused.
