Last weekend, I had to work concessions for 5 and a half hours with four guys I didn't know. During that time, I spent most of my time talking to one of the guys. I probably learned more than I should have. For instance, he's never dated a girl, doesn't go out and get smashed, and has a slight video game addiction that he balances out by reading just as much. We were pretty much side by side the whole night when we weren't helping other people. At the end of the night, when we were going to our cars, he stopped me and asked for a 'new friend hug'.

Um, okay?

Well, he may be a little desperate for affection, especially since he's never had a girlfriend. If you didn't feel comfortable hugging him, you shouldn't have. If he felt like a friend, then no problem. Lots of friends hug.

He's got a crush on you. Sounds like it was the first time he connected with a girl and now he is hooked. Let him down easy and you may have a friend for life. Or you could see if you are as interested in him.......

He is a cheat, the next night it would be old friends hug, or the second night hug. Forget it.

If you had never been on a date you'd want a new friend hug too

Haha. It depends on if you're a guy or a girl. If you're a guy, I'd say he's probably a little gay... If you're a girl, he's probably still a little gay, but I wouldn't be offended. Embrace your new friend! :)

Um, NOT o.k. Completely unprofessional. Here is the rule - if it doesn't "feel right" to you, then it isn't right.
