Skip a day, then call her. It doesn't have to be exactly 48 hours, but you get the idea. She gives it to you Friday night, wait until Sunday to call her etc. This gets her thinking about you a bit before you talk to her again, and it makes you not seem too desperate for her attention. as soon as you are ready to ask her out. This whole you must wait x amount of time is ridicules. you don't want to call her every 5 minutes but call.

it depends on how much you like her and want her. if you really like her, give it 2 days...that says you like her and your not desperate, but if you dont like her that much then wait awhile, but just remeber you dont want to miss your chance...good luck buddy!!
