well i have been dating my bf for a year and i just found out that during one of our fights he got really drunk and cheated on me, he says it was a mistake and that he loves me...but what should i do?

I have been w/my BF for almost 4 years now. A relationship is suppoe to be about compromise so I understood that he doesn't like to go out and party/club w/me bcus thats not what he likes so I go w/my sis & friends time to time. But there have been a several times he went to Kickbacks/club w/his cousin & friends w/out inviting me. Why would he not do things to make me happy and invite me places to hang out with his friends but he can do it with them and disrespect me? Am i over reacting? Or isn't that not Fair to me? i do everything to make him happy but he doesnt do that with me. I dont want to do this anymore......is it time to let go?

Practically every woman I've ever known has struggled with weight. It mystifies me--I can't keep weight on me, but women just seem to have a hard time when it comes to losing weight. Don't they realize men lose interest when the weight packs on? What gives???

i met this guy and he is soo cool. he is my friend bob's best friend chris. i have been talkin to chris for a couple of weeks and i think that i really like him. he is always so sweet to me and he is a really good kisser. well the other night i went and stayed the night with my friend anggie who is bobs sister. but of course bob's other friend jarred was stayin with bob. and i didnt knoe. Jarred told me he liked me n wanted to date me even tho he knew i was talkin to someone else. he kept askin when we were gonna hook up or hang out. he texed me all night long cause we didnt want bob to knoe about it so he wouldnt tell chris. my emotions are all tore up by this point. i am so confussed on what to do. its been almost a week and i talk to them both. they are both really sweet and hott as hell. whenever i am with one i think about the other and how i would feel if they were doing it to me. they both no about each other now but they are forcing me to choose and they want me to choose now.

I was w/ my now ex-bf for 2 months. I was falling in love w/ him and I know he felt strongly for me too. The relationship got too serious too fast wayyy too soon and he got scared and couldn't handle it and broke up w/ me. (after an amazing w/e together). He also thought I was too needy (which I was acting and I regret it). He said he was falling behind in school b/c he wanted to spend all of his time w/ me. He also kept saying he was feeling so overwhelmed. We broke up a week ago and I want so badly to talk to him and have tried to call and text him more times than I should have w/ no repsonse from him. He has a good heart and is not a player. He was single before me for 2 years and is very guarded towared women.
He has said a few times that I am really good for him and motivate him to be better. Whenever we were apart more than a day he would tell me how much he really misses me. Just a week before we broke up i was sleepign so didn't answer his call and he panicked.....

In trying to resurrect a friendship. My girlfriend slept with another man . She said it was a one off, and she was very drunk. I dumped her because I did not believe her. That was 3 months ago. i broke up w/ my boyfriend becuz i moved far away..and i thought it wasn't fair for the both of us..
but when i came back to visit ( since i still have family in that same area ) he admited that he still REALLY liked me & no one else.. so we kinda went out for the time i was there.. but then we both decided to end it and just be friends
becuz i was going back home ( far away ) but see he never e-mails me or calls like he use too.. 1 e-mail on my bday
but it was short .. & i thought my feelings 4 him were gone..
yes i care about him ( but i thought as only a friend )
but i just keep thinking about him.. and i have dreams about

could a second try with ur ex be better than the 1st? i am 22 and my ex is 29. he sometimes thinks of getting back together but right now he's stressed with school and all. i met a very handsome latin man in the summer he is 32 he is kind gentle he's not married however he said i was too young for him he wanted to start as friends. i guess there's no point in waiting for him since him and i may not happen. my ex would cancel dates at the last second but he doesn't do it as much anymore.could a second try with an ex boyfriend be better?

We had a pretty significant snow here and I live 26 mi away from work. I packed my cellular phone, clothes, cosmetics and all the things I thought I might need if I became stranded at work and took off. It was slow travel, but I managed to get to the interstate where I drove 35 mi per hour for 30 miles to my destination.
I called my significant other of 6 yrs to let him know I made it and he did not answer. He didnt answer for over 14 hours. He said he was sleeping.
I cannot believe he shut his ringer off. Why would you shut the ringer off on your phone when your girlfriend is traveling thru a snowstorm to work? Is he just an idiot or just could care less?
I would like to know what you think the issue is here. Me or him being a dump asb again?

I don't know what to do, I do love my fiance, but things have been defineitly on the rocks. We have 2 children which make it even more complicated. I'm most of the times not happy with him anymore, but with children I just can't walk away, plus er are best friends. Ever sence I met his friend I can't stop thinking about him, I feel like when he is around me he is constantly flirting with me and I know my fiance see's it. I try to ignore it, but then again I like it. I feel really bad and don't know what to do. I don't want to cross that line, but I can't help but wounder, what if? not to mention my kids adore my fiances friend to death. HELP!!!

Me and my ex boyfriend are obviously broken up but the thing is that we're still friends and still talk and everything just not as often as we used to or as much as we want to.
But the thing is its been 2 months and we both are still sooo much in love with each other but he doesnt want to be with me again or yet because we're in a long distance of each other, Ohio and Texas.
He is frustrating me and confusing me as to what he really wants: friendship or a couple.
He claims that he wants to move on; but he cant. and thats just how i feel.
The question is should i keep talking to him or stop?
i really dont want to because i think itll just make us both even more upset but i still would like some advice on what i should do.

For instance, I have noticed that a lot of women would say "Oh, I don't like shy guys because XYZ". But, when an attractive shy guy shows up in their life, then they're all totally into him. Another example, women will also say "I don't like guys who are shorter than me because XYZ". However, when a rich good-looking guy who is shorter than them shows up in their life, then all of a sudden, they change their minds and they all want him.

The above only presents two of the many examples on how women contradict themselves. So, why do most women contradict themselves?
