My girlfriend found the guy i am dating on match.com, i had asked him before i found this out if he was trying to date other people and he said "no" and then i find this out and he has been active within 24 hrs. Should I confront him about it or should i just kick him to the curb.

I would kick him to the curb, obviously if he's looking around for someone else he's not into you. He would've at least shut off his profile. I was dating a girl I met on Yahoo personals and she was always active within 24 hours. Turns out she was seeing another guy too.

Not yet (if you've only seen him once in person)....he may be doing this ONLY because he's not sure if you are serious. Sad truth many girls, esp. on match.com, will plan a date, try to get a free meal, and never have a second date...it's no wonder many guys take girls off such sites with a grain of salt on first dates.
However if he keeps pulling that crap AFTER you have a second date AND kiss and plan another date I would ditch him immediately if I were you.

This is why the dating phase scks the most. When you are dating, both are still considered single and they are allowed to mingle with other people. Unless if you both know that you want to be more serious and into exclusive dating, then it would be wrong for him to still have a match.com account. Right now, I think he's just trying to keep his options open. You need to talk about this with him and tell him what you want. If he doesn't know about it, he'll assume you're okay with him dating around, while he's with you.

if you ask, you may only get lies. you've asked him once &he's lied. he is simply keeping his options open w/ out you knowing about it. if he's willing to do that & he meets someone there that he finds irresistible, what do you think he's going to do: 1.tell u the truth or 2. lie 2 u about it while trying to secretly date her on the side. move on...not even worth discussing w/ him anymore.

Internet dating is adictive... If he is on Match, trust me, he's on other sites as well... Yes, I would confront him & ask him why he isn't being exclussive with you? And why he lied... You have nothing to be ashamed of by asking him.
