I see many questions posted about "what is the right age to have sex"?

Can you imagine the shock of your wife/husband on your honeymoon...having to explain that you have Herpes, or STD, or something worse?

People are NOT smart, as the commericial states so, and I sure SOMEONE dropped that bomb on the big night...

Something can also be said for birthcontrol...it does not absolve one of carrying emotional baggage from shattered/broken relationships based on using someone for nothing more than a release of sexual tension.

I have been celibate for two years and plan to unitl I am married. People seem to be shocked by this. Are people this obssesed with sex? I find that my life is better without sex. I dont have to worry about dieases or unwanted pregnancies.

Ok, heres my situation.You know how theres bad boys and good guys? Well, I don't think Im a bad boy at all. Im pretty kind, considerate, thoughtful, and respectful. Im not into just having sex with a girl or anything like that..and so on. But I also have my quirks. Im quiet and have a lower self esteem sometimes. But that was from a problem thats already past. And, I can get nervous and agitated about something thats really important. So I do have my quirks. Now heres my problem. I want to date girls, but from what Ive seen and heard with friends, coworkers, t.v. and etc, girls like bad boys. Theres been a couple of girls interested in me and I was pretty stoked about it. The only thing is...Im afraid I wont be bad enough for them in case they switch their mind and want a bad boy. So I turned them down. Do you guys have advice for me?

I see all this stuff about people being upset because their girlfriends or wifes are virgin or whatever.
My question- why marry them if they aren't virgins? If she's been with 100 guys before you- she's gonna do the same after she meets you- so why botha? Seriously fellas.. if she gives it away, what has she saved for you? You wanna be the dolt that has to buy the cow?
If she is good girl, I see maybe marriage, and a nice family. She deserves it. You can't have a nice family that you bring the wife to the grocery store and everybody knows her real "personally" if you get my drift.

ok so this might seem a little silly but my friend and i have been crushing on this pizza guy for ever like 5 months. We know his name and his school. we go their like 3 times a week and he even knows what we order. ..........but sadly my mom was talking to him yeasterday and he mentioned that mon. is his last day. That night i cred soo much and it seems so stupid and pathetic of me. o btw i would never work he is 5 or 6 years older than me! just tell me what to do to get him off my mide, we might go see him for the last time of sat.but i dont think i can do it! :( but the good news is that he is going to go tho the collage around the block from my house. please help!!!

Ok, im 15, and i had a crush on this guy from school for a long time. well over the summer i have got a facebook account and i made a fake account under it, which i no is wrong, but i just wanted to see how people from my school would react towards me. soon after the guy i had a crush on started talking to my web persona and the bad thing is he has a girlfriend. so now we're texting and hes thinking im this gorgeous brunette and im confused because i really enjoy talking to him. hes someone i always had wanted to get close to before and now i basically am but not really myself. it bothers me i cant be honest with him and i dont want to be actually, its so much fun. but i do feel for his girlfriend my friend was talking to her and she had commented that she has a 'wonderful' boyfriend, but he is now telling the fake me that he wants to break up with his girl for my web persona......what should i do. im done with like. done thinking that great things just happen. everything has to be made, if you dont make it, its never there. But theres no point in building it, if its just gonna get knocked down. you fall in love, your heart gets broken. The unusual, but true chain of events. Im done falling love, because i dont want my castle to get knocked down for one "prince" that will leave anyway..

so my bf and i have been going out for three months now. i am his first gf ever so he has never kissed a girl. french or peck. (we are both 16 btw) so we havent kissed yet so i thought maybe i was doing something he didnt like and when i asked him about it he said he was scared because he never has kissed a girl before. he said he wants to and he knows he shouldnt be scared but he is. he is an outdoor kind of guy. he isnt afraid of bears or anything like that but he is afraid to kiss me on the cheek. (he told me he was afraid to give me a peck on the cheek) so anyways does anyone have any advice on how to make this easier for him or anything? thanks everyone =)

I love my boyfriend who I have been with for about 2 and a half years and I know he would never cheat on me. The problem is that all his friends are girls and he is very close with some of them. Even though I know he would never cheat, I don't like him spending so much time with these other woman talking about personal things like his relationship with me. It feels like emotional infidelity. I want to be the most important person in his life and if he has something on his mind I prefer he talk about it with me. Now he tries to keep everything he does with them a secret because he knows how mad I get, and that makes me more jealous, and I can't help it. These women know he is taken and I feel they should talk to their own boyfriends or find single guys to pal around with. There is no reason why they should take mine away and occupy his time. I wish he could just make some guy friends to hang out with. Am I being too selfish? A bad girlfriend?

For 3 months I have been seeing this guy that works at the same company as I do. It has been pretty casual but I really feel we are growing a lot closer, we talk very frequently and find time to see eachther about once a week. He is older than myself with 2 kids and in the beginning he said he was not looking to get remarried or have kids again. I recently got of a long term relationship and was not looking for anything serious either. We have been seeing eachtother exclusively (and it has been AMAZING and just spending time with him in general is always so much fun). One of the girls I worked with asked me today if the guy was single and how old he was, she thought we would make a cute couple - but she has no idea we are really seeing eachother. I told him about what she said and he was like "well what do you think"? I didn't really answer and changed the topic. I am really falling for him, but how do I know if he is starting to think he might want somethign more? Something serious?

My ex wants me back. He left me & slept with my underaged sister & got her pregnant, & she lost the baby. He apologizes & he's talking about cleaning up his act & turning to God & asking God & me for forgiveness. Would I be stupid or a sicko to get back with him?

I believe in giving people 2nd chances, but after that, no more. I'm not gonna lie. He put me through a lot. He has showed me lately that he has changed, & I'm really considering dating him again. We left off as having an annulled marriage because of him getting my sister pregnant. If we do get back together, where should we start? Back to dating, or engagement?

Alot of guys say "why buy the cow when the milk is free?"...
basically saying that if the girl is already sleeping with them and isn't pressurizing him to marry her, then he isn't bothered.

doesn't sound like guys respect their girlfriends very much.

so why would you, or why did you, propose to your girlfriend? because you've met a girl who you love enough and feel is special enough for you to want to spend the rest of your life with? or just to keep the girlfriend sweet? would you have kids out of wedlock if you could get away with it?

i like a painfully shy guy.im sure he likes me to,coz,he stares at me,sometimes doesnt even look away and hold eyecontact.we smile at each other for ages be4 saying hi,he peeked at my work wen i wasnt n the room and caught him & he also pretended to accidentally take my book, then gave it back. opens doors, tries to get close

one day i sent him an email, inviting him to join one of those keeping n contact with friends sites(i took his email off the bord.he didnt giv it to me) he never replied.he got really nervous around me and stopped saying hi and making eyecontact.though my firends and i have still caught him staring at me.his friends stare at me and sometimes chat or say hi.one even winked at me!

then a few months on: he is standing behind me, staring at me for ages, i saw in the refelection. he looked deep in thought.now he says hi to me, opens doors.

i dont understand why he would give me all the signs of attraction then ignore me and then start saying hi? any explanations?

I have a really good guy friend. We talk alot and I know I could tell him anything.

We also both admitted we have feelings for eachother, but we're just staying friends and waiting to see what happens.

The problem is sometimes I feel like this is taking a toll on me and causing me alot of stress. I guess I've never really been in this situation so idk what to do, and I feel uncomfortable being this close to someone b/c its unknown to me.

I forgot where I was going with this..Ummmm...

Oh so I was wondering do I just suck it up and admit that I have feelings and stop freaking out and trying to pull away, or do I get a little less involved b/c its uncomfortable for me?

O yeah and is it normal to feel this way?
