It amazes me of people today. Sexuality, media, violence and feminism are praised as if they were precious gems.

while abstinence, honesty and CLASS are shunned and disregarded.

I split up with my ex about 9 months ago and we have managed to stay in contact as friends. But he's made it pretty clear that all the feelings are still there for him, and would like to try again.

I have been completely honest and told him that I don't feel the same, although I still like and respect him.

I know that the sensible and decent thing to do would be to stay away, but I'm really struggling with feeling alone at the moment, so I'm tempted.

Can you offer me advice so that I can clarify my feelings.

OK well me and my boyfriend (ex)....went out for about a lil over a year and we broke up about a week ago...and I found out yesterday that he cheated on me with more than one girl...and even on my b-day! Why did he tell me he loved me and I meant everything to him, and everything nice you could say? We hung out all the time but some weeks we would just not hear from each other...I always thought he was cheating but I never thought he would do that to me, and I think way to much sometimes...So I didn't think anything of it! But why did he cheat on me? We were so close, I thought, I loved his family and hung out with them all the time and he made me get attached to them and himself...and after a year and after we break up he finally admits to cheating on me the whole time! WHY DID HE DO THIS TO ME?

my boyfriend and i , well ex i think now, havent talked since yesterday after i had hung the phone up on him. we had an argument, i was crying, he tried to call me back several times in the half hour after the fight happened. i changed my voicemail password and havent called him back since yesterday morning when the fight happened. i feel like i ended things with him by saying what i said and hanging up, but after almost 2 years going out i dont want to be immature and want to make sure he realizes my feelings. should i call him to tell him it's over? or wait and see if he gets it that it's over and leave it alone? i am in love with him but working things out i dont think is going to solve the problems we have. ... do i owe it to him to talk to him about things? or owe it to myself that he doesnt care about me obviously and just let him be?

My sis recently started chatting,though it was for timepass in the beginning,she took it serious later on.She met a guy in-person and after few months,that guy started asking her to lend money,as he was in urgent need.She gave the money,as she thought him to be her gud friend.He even said her he loves her and her caring towards him and day-by-day he reduced contacts with her.Inorder to forget him and his friendship,she started chatting with an other guy and believed him too.As days passed by ,he started asking her to lend money..but this time she cudn't and after a year he too reduced contacting her...now she says all males r cheaters and doesn't want to marry any1..why this always happens to her..do guys look forward for only money?????..if so why do they develop relationship and later they themselves break it off...

my bf and i have been going out for 6 months. i love him but neither of us have said it yet. We are taking a trip together and usually spend at least 3-4 days/nights a week together (neither of us are interested in having sex until marriage though so its not just about that - we really have a lot in common). He always asks if i like him and when i say yes, he says "how much?" so far i just answer "a lot" because i really want him to say it first. The most he's said is "wow, I like you a whole lot" . why doesn't he just say it? should i just say it already or will that scare him away if he doesn't quite feel ready?

We're both 16 and this friday would have been 6 months. I'm completly in love with him and I know he loves me too. He's my first boyfriend...among other things. He's my absolute best friend and I'm his. He just got a summer job with his mom working 11-6 everyday including weekends so he broke up with me cuz we will never see eachother. I tried to tell him we can get through this cuz it's only 2 months but he doesnt think he can. All I can do is cry and nothing else. What should I do. I want to keep him as my bf but he's stubbon and doesnt think very open minded sometimes. I need to know how I can show him we'll be okay. And I need to know what to do with myself if that doesnt work. I'm a very closed person and I dont open up to anyone but him so it's hard to talk to other friends about this stuff. And most of them dont understand. He also said mabey when school starts back up, but that will hurt more to keep me waiting and hoping. Please help

If your girl seems a little to perfect does that make you suspicious?
She cooks, cleans, doesn't nag, is self sufficient, great personality, your friends & family like her, sexy, cute, great in bed, likes the same sports you like, keeps herself looking good, can hold an intelligent conversation and so on and so forth.
She has flaws ( of course ) but you rarely see them.
So the question is: if your girl seems a lil to perfect will that make you suspicious?

I really like this girl a lot and on July 17th my braces are coming off!, as much as I want to talk to her before then, I also kind of want to suprise her and I'm hoping after a while with my new confidence and being more outgoing she will hopefully overtime like me more than a friend! I don't look bad in my braces but I just feel as though they are holding me back as far as having confidence and just being more outgoing because I don't think girls like guys in braces. I'm really excited for my braces to come off because I l know I will look better. Do you think I should wait until my braces come off to ask her out? I really like her and she knows it. I'm hoping she will call me or text me before then to hang out, but I don't know if she will. We are good friends and we hang out every once in a while and we always laugh and talk and have a good time. Do you think she will like me more with my braces off? if so, should I just wait untill then to call her to hang out?

I was shopping and got him a shirt. I like it & think it will look nice on him. It's in the same style of the clothes he already wears, it was on sale & I just think he'll like it.
My brother says it will look like I'm trying to hard and to save it for a holiday or birthday. I think it would be nice to get a gift just because someone happened to be thinking aout me.

i am pregnant with my bf's baby and i care for him and all but i find myself comparing him to ex bf. he was my first love and the only reason we broke up was because he was having a hard time within his family and couldn't confide in me for fear of embarassment (huge problem) but he confided in my best friend and ended up kissing her. we still both love eachother and have talked recently via myspace and he wants to get back together...but i have a bf that i like but don't love but he claims to love me. he never lied to me he straight up told me exactly what happened immidietly...but i still can't trust him for some reason. what should i do?
