Should I not call her or text her until July 17th?.......?

I really like this girl a lot and on July 17th my braces are coming off!, as much as I want to talk to her before then, I also kind of want to suprise her and I'm hoping after a while with my new confidence and being more outgoing she will hopefully overtime like me more than a friend! I don't look bad in my braces but I just feel as though they are holding me back as far as having confidence and just being more outgoing because I don't think girls like guys in braces. I'm really excited for my braces to come off because I l know I will look better. Do you think I should wait until my braces come off to ask her out? I really like her and she knows it. I'm hoping she will call me or text me before then to hang out, but I don't know if she will. We are good friends and we hang out every once in a while and we always laugh and talk and have a good time. Do you think she will like me more with my braces off? if so, should I just wait untill then to call her to hang out?

Don't waste time, kid. A lot can happen in the span of a month in the life of a teenager. She'll probably like you now, and be even more appreciative of your looks once the braces come off, but definitely don't wait. You run the risk of falling off of her radar altogether...replaced by the other guy who wasn't worried about his braces at all. Go for it...now.

If it would make you feel more outgoing and confident to approach this girl with your braces off, then feel free to wait until the 17th.

Honestly, though, it might also be a good idea to try and approach her now...because who wants to be with someone who's shallow enough to have braces be the deal-breaker in your relationship?

If she's already hanging out with you, then the braces are not the a problem. If she likes you then she likes you, plain and simple. If she doesn't, she still won't like you when your braces came off. Go ask her out now. Don't judge that she's that shallow.

Just to tell you this i am a girl and i have a crush on a guy with braces...you should talk to her ....and then she will be suprised after you get them off and relize how much either cuter or uglier you look. I think you should make plans with her with your braces on .

Hmm. she should like you enough to want to take the next step regardless if you have braces or not. If she doesn't then don't waste your time trying to make her or hoping she will change her mind. Move on to bigger and better people.

I think you should wait for the 17th july, not because you're unattractive whit your braces, but because you will feel more self-confident without them, and that's all you need : self-estime.

theyre just braces... if she wont see you as a person then i dont think she deserves ur time.. if she "judges" you on ur braces then what does that say about her? plus if u call her now and she likes u now.. itll just get better when u get ur braces off ...call her when u want. :)

I remember in school that--- It was really neat to see how my peers had changed over the course of summer. Having said that, yes, I think you should wait and let her see your new smile without braces...........

She already likes you with your braces on! You will missout on a great time with her if you wait so long. Somebody else cold come along and snap her away!So get with it and call her!
