My GF is 6yrs elder. I am 27 & she's 34. we've been goin around for 4yrs now.I love her lots & she loves me too. But whn we fight our fights are very ugly coz we both are very headstrong. Our chemistry is very strong. Our relationship has gone thru some serious ups & downs. She cheated on me once,but she apologized & i forgave her for a fresh start coz i luv her too. We've been talkin'bout marriage. Our families are against this marriage coz of the age difference & our fights. They think this marriage will not survive long. However my GF is ready to fight out everyone to settle with me. My friends & my family pressurized me to rethink & ultimately i chickened out coz now i was unsure if age diff will work & refused her for marriage. I think about her everyday & havn't been able to move on. Sometimes i feel very strongly to go against the wishes of everyone but am not able to gather the courage thinking my friends & family will laugh at me for marying a girl 6 yrs elder. What shud i do?

Ive been with her for 2 months now, i know its short, but from the first day we met we really hit it off and we really feel like we love each other, most people would disagree im sure. But lately, its been really bad, when we talk on the phone its like hell, I'm really trying to make conversation but it just feels like our relationship is dying, she doesnt really even seem interested in me anymore, atleast thats how i feel. But she suffers from depression, bipolar really, and its so stressing on me, cause everytime i ask her if shes happy and still wants to be with me, she says shes really happy and loves me, but the way she acts doesnt convince me, and she gets mad at me when i dont believe her, but when we are together in person, its usually really great and we love it, except for the last time, which was really good, just at the beg it was...wierd, i didnt really know what to feel. I love her and dont want to run away from her problems, but it really screws with my head wat do i do?

we broke up like 4 months ago and he started going out with this girl. well everyday i would see her with another guy cheating on my ex. ive told him before but he wont believe me because ive lied to him in the past too many times but im actually telling the truth about this and i really dont want hm to get hurt
how can i get him to believe me
everytime i bring it up we get in this big fight cuz he thinks im only doing it to get back with him but i dont wanna be with himm because i thinkj he was cheating on me with this same girl when we were going out

My boyfriend told me two days ago that he wanted to take a break. I am utterly broken hearted, but I also realize the mistakes that I made, and how I can improve to make our relationship better.

I feel that I need to put my trust into God, and that I need to trust His plan, and know that He would not put me through this without reason. I am giving my boyfriend space, and I fight with myself every day not to call him or go and see him. While I wait for him to figure out what he wants, I am turning myself over to God.

I'd like to know some Biblical quotes for this time, some words from God that will help to guide me, and keep me strong, and trust not only in His plan, but in my boyfriend to make the right decision, and to be patient with him.

Just curious about how people think or feel about the society these days when it comes down to people having sex with...or just being in a relationship with another person outside their own race/culture...I know of many families who still dissaprove of somthing like this and some are okay with it.

Infact for me, I have been in relationship outside my race and I have no regrets about it. My parents didn't really approve of it, but hey I'm a grown women who can make my own desicions about who I can be with and love. No disrespect towards them or anything, but geesh they need to learn that we are living in a world full of many different beautiful cultures, colors, backround/beliefs, and ect. People are people, they come in may different shapes, size, colors, ect...and that's a beautiful thing...Well depends on their personality and how they act and think too, ect. So, has anyone been with or still with another person outside your race and is it any different from dating your own race?

Aren't romantic movies jsut what DOESN'T happen in real life? I mean, just because in the romantic movie a guy gets the girl or vice versa, there are no guarantees in real life? You might jsut never find the one for you and just simply die alone. How different is real life from the movies?

Well,i used to be really good friends with this guy in my class.
& this year,he told me that he liked me :/
We've stead and broke up twice.
Which means yeahh,im single now.
He says that he still likes me,and i do have some feelings for him.
Just that i dont wanna make another mistake and later break up just as we patch back.
He's a few mths younger than me,same age though.
Kinda nice,but just cant imagine myself with him alone?
I dont know,im a shy person.
He's been liking me for 6 months now and i really dont know what to do.
I do have feelings for him,but not sure if its enough for a steady relationship.
He's caring&devoted.
But when he always find topics to talk about,it gets really boring.
He becomes really lame and tells me really uneccesary stuff which makes me feel that maybe he's not the one for me.

I am good friends with this girl, I care for her, I listen and help her with whatever is troubling her, I always help her to think positive, I give her gifts on special occasions such as her birthday, valentines of this year, sometimes i would just show up @ her work and surprise her with a small gift and a hello w/ a big hug along with it. She once told me about 9 months ago that "Its not possible for you and me" I never understood why...Her and I hang out a lot and I make sure to comfort her when she is feeling exhausted and/or depressed. I was there for her when something happened to her father, I was there when she got a flat tire and I replaced it to her spare, I was also there for her when she was sick and I gave her a recipe on a soup that will help her get better fast. How do you make a girl who says "it'll never be" to start a relationship with you?? I need help. I really want to be with her. Help.

I am moving in with my boyfriend at the end of June, we have been together 5 years. I'm 28, he's 34, we get along really well, hardly fight, and always work out our problems except for now. Five months ago, there was a situation with his neighbor, who is about 24. She knew he had a girlfriend, and she had a boyfriend. She sent him alot of texts of how she wanted to "do" him, how she had the house and kid and now wanted a husband and wanted it to be him. She didn't want to accept he loved me and told him to try and get rid of me, which of course he didn't. She also threatened him, and tried to get him in trouble with the cops. She said she'd move (at the time) but never did.

The houses are very close together where he lives. Now that I am moving in, he wants me to let bygones be bygones and be friends w/ her. I hate that he still talks to her, and I have NO intention of trying to be her friend because of what she did. Am I overreacting? How do I handle this? I hate arguing w/ him!

My boyfriend is very cheap. However, I've been trying to understand his situation since he supports himself 100%. He never buys me anything nor do I expect it but there is one thing he does that really bothers me. He always asks me to buy him clothes and says he'll pay me back but when i give him the receipt, he brushes it off. And recently, he bought 2 weeks worth of laundry to my apt for my maid to clean and I encouraged him to leave her some extra money since she doesn't charge much and she has other jobs she has to attend to. The funny thing is that he'll agree and even says that he should give her $15 more but when I told him to just put the money in the envelope for her, he blows up at me. It's not about the money but more the principle. I just want him to be a man of his words. If you say you are going to pay back, then pay back. If you don't intend to then don't say anything. we've been together for a year and now it's at a point where we should break up or resolve issues.
