Can someone please tell me how do I get over past relationship abuse-physically, mentally, verbal and cheatingl-My current bf is so sick and tired of me acusing him of everything and he says hes not doin anything...Im so susp. of everything and I mean everything...The trust is gone for me to trust any man but I love him and I dont want this to hurt us!!!

Go seek counseling. It may help. You can't let your past haunt your future. Trust me, I am 28 years old and have been cheated on and lied to, verbally abused, and treated like crap. One day you wake up and leave this type and find someone good and then you accuse.....not cool! I have been there, but if you really love him you have to trust him. Without trust you have NOTHING. I can see why he would be upset. This one is on your girl. What's more important, being with him, or letting those A$$ holes that hurt you in the past still continue to get the best of you and what you really deserve. Don't let them get to you. It's hard, VERY HARD, I know but someday you will learn to let it go. Maybe you need some single time to work on you before it can work with someone else. That is what I did and it helps you to realize what you want and what is truly important in your life.

It's going to continue to hurt the two of you if you are not willing to see him as someone other than your past partners. I know it's hard to let go of past relationships and I can tell you have trust issues. But, if you don't get over the past then you will never move forward in your current relationship. No one can tell you how to get over the past. I could sit here and tell you what this person did, or what that person did, but they're not you. Everyone is different! If you want to get over it, if you're really determined to get over it, then you will! And you will figure out your own way to do it. I wish you the best of luck. Take care!

Seek counseling. Remember he is not your past. Move on slowly and find your true spirit again. Once you've had bad experience and you get a gut feeling, it's worth checking out to clear the air find peace and love with this man, or to find that you have grown stronger from it and will not get dooped again !! :) Good Luck!

you can never get over your past.
'past is past' but still past is connected to the presetn and future
all you have to do is to forgive. pray and maybe go on some psycho-therapy.
you need to refresh and then start over again.
you're hurting your boyfriend.
and maybe before you realize you might loose him.
i, too was hurt. but still i trust everyone.
one thing i learn from a friend is to 'trust everybody but to believe nobody'

break up with him honey if you havent because he isnt good enough for you there are better people out there for you and get god in your life more maybe go see a counselor if needed but the main thing is to think positive and surround yourself with people who you love and that truley love you too and dont look back to the past only look foward to the future to whats good thats coming your way i hope i helped and good luck

You might want to get some counseling. Couldn't hurt and might help. Otherwise, it's something you have to learn. My opinion, it's better to have a broken heart than to brake someone elses. (pun intended)

I know where you are coming from, I won't even enter a new relationship after what I put myself thru with the ex, tell me how you did it? and you do need to trust him if you think you can.

yes it hurt but you can get over it just put your trust in God and
he is the only one who can help you i know and he wont level you

my suggestion is to see a therapist to help you go into the right direction. yur man will eventually leave. you got to work this out.
