there is a colleague, in my work ..! a funny girl very open-minded and kind ..!! she's single, ..just broke up from a relationships ..as I do ...we've always been friend and telling each other 's adventure ..but, since a few days, I'm coming to realise how great this girl is, ..and I would like to try ask her out ...but, I'm hesitating, because, she's my colleague ...!! not from the same department ...can I tell her I appreciate her ...!! ? what do you think could be her reaction ...? but, weel, she seems to appreciate me too, but I don't know if it is as a friend, or someone she can go out with ...!! I am really starting to like her ...!! what should I do ?

well i'm 22 years old. i think i have hit my sexual peak!! i want to do it all the time. i think about it all the time.. at work in the street at home!! every where!! but the good thing is that i only think about my bf. he turns me on soooo much. the scent of his skin makes me go crazy!! so i am always telling him i want to do it and when we do it's great!! the problem is that i don't think he wants it as much as i do. it's like a chore to him or something. i am too sexual and i want to try a lot of things but it's like he doesn't like to. i am an attractive girl and i know he wants me but why is he like this.... am i the one who isn't normal? what can i do to stop thinking about sex? i just want it all the time..... i don't want this becoming a problem.... can anyone help?

I met a guy online, He started emailing me, after I responded I didn't hear from him for 1.5 weeks so I emailed him again. He wrote the next day & apologized for not writing sooner & said he couldn't wait to talk to me. After about 2.5 weeks I hadn't heard from him so I decided to end my membership with the website & I emailed him on the site & told him that I wasn't able to continue my membership so I left him my email address & told him if he wanted to still communicate my email was the best place to get me. About a week and half later he emailed me at the dating site & said he was going to close his account too but would like to continue to chat with me & told me I could email him or call him so he gave his email address & phone number. later that day he sent me an email at my regular email address saying this is his email address. 2 days later I wrote back he emailed me the next day 3 days later I wrote him, 3 days later called him. 4 days passed and I haven't hear from him yet.

I am deeply enamoured of a guy at work; we flirt and I believe there is some attraction on his part, but I have no idea how deep it goes--flirtation is a dime a dozen.
There are several complications:
(1) we work together
(2) i think he's about 7 years younger at least
I don't want to ask him out because for me this backfires 100% of the time, and while normally I'd say failure is a part of life, I would find that kind of rejection intolerable since we work together. Can i ask a co-worker if the guy likes me or is that so cowardly it will backfire? I feel frustrated that all i can do is smile and wink.

well, there's this guy that i met in college last year & we started hanging out a bit & talking.....we liked eachother but things didn't progress because he was moving far away to go to another school....

we've kept in touch for a yr now, he'll call randomly & leave messages and txts saying things like "i need a gitl like you" but that's it, he never asks me out & he only calls once in awhile.....

recently i told him like it is while we were on-line, i was like "you need to figure out what you want & stop confusing me" he said he was going to & that he would call me the next day......but never did....i don't know if he's shy, doesn't wanna be bothered, or if he thinks I don't like him....I wanted to know if i should call even if he didn't call me???

Saturday my friend had a party and this guy followed me outside on the balcony and we got drunk and went into my friends room and he asked me to cuddle with him.Then we made out and almost had sex.Then nhe kept grabbing my hand like we were together and he told me that if you feel good with someone your meant to be.I felt good with him it's just I think he is kind of gay cause he hangs with lots of my gay guy friends and not too many straight guys.Then he said it's nice to be around a girl because he feels right around me.I like him alot but I want him and I dont know when to call him.Please help me.

so for awhile me n this girl became good friends. she had an ex that wouldnt let her go (also her first bf.) she was considering both of us and it caused arguments and things like that. I finally said idc anymore, and her and the ex stopped talking for another reason. now that hes gone, and i didnt care about a relationship, we became good friends again. Then a few days go she told me she might have feelings for me, n when she asked me i only told her the same thing. Then we hung out together and she let me hold her a lot and things which she didnt let me do when she didn't like me. The problem is she's not sure if she does have feelings for me or not. but it sounds like she does more than she doesnt. How do i keep her interested? and get the attraction to build up more? A week a go I found out that my fiance had started having a fling with a girl online. We are in the Us and she is in New Zealand. SOmeone we play cards with. It lasted for 3 days and had stopped 2 days before I found out. He told me that with me being on meds for my tooth and sleeping (they makde me sleep) that I wasn't having time for him and wasn't giving him attention. As soon as he gave me my meds and I was out of it he would go to her. He told her things about us that he shouldn't, including that he wanted to call the wedding off but didn't know how and that he thought about just up and leaving. He also said he loved her. They exchanged nude pics and she was even calling his cell. My family says to let it go that she was just a fantasy and that he was there with me. He says she means nothing and that he will never talk to her again. He says he's sorry, he just needed attention. So now I don't know if I should just let it go or if I should be concerned. He's never done this before.

i really really really LOOVE my nose piercing! its great!
but it's hard finding a job, that's ok with it. and the last thing i want to do is take it off!!

how could i hide it during work hours?
i cant take it off and then put it back on, bcuz it hurts A LOT!!! and it will close in a matter of seconds.

My partner and I had a large fight, in which I believe he was trying to push me away/use me as a scapegoat/use me as a place to push all his frustrations on me. I've said everything I've needed to say, but that was, 3 days ago, and he's just left me hanging, not saying anything at all back. My friend keeps telling me to wait for him to come talk to me, but is that really the right thing to do? I really do love him, but he really did cross the line this time, even if it was out of character for him.

My boyfriend and I were living together for 7 months. I wrote him and e-mail the other day asking him what it is that he wants (i.e. to be friends, or remain boyfriend/girlfriend), and he told me to my face that he still wanted us to be together. Then two days later, he says that we are still best friends but not together. Ok, I got on birth control so my boyfriend and I could have sex more. Saturday was the day I could have sex and no worries. The problem is, we still haven't had sex. It has been a long time, since last Wednesday. And thats a long time for us. I have tried asking him about it, but he claims he is too tired or his legs hurt or something. My boyfriend (of a year and a half) broke up with me becasue he was tired of me nagging that we weren't spending enough time together. We only saw each other on an average of about 2 days a week. after out break up, I went out with a friend of mine who happens to be a guy. He was so mad.
Now he tells me that he loves me and wants to get back with me, but wants to wait for the right moment. then he said "Give us til next Friday and if we still wanna be together, then we will" Rules are we can't talk, yet he sends sweet little text messages just making sure I am ok.
