My partner and I had a large fight, in which I believe he was trying to push me away/use me as a scapegoat/use me as a place to push all his frustrations on me. I've said everything I've needed to say, but that was, 3 days ago, and he's just left me hanging, not saying anything at all back. My friend keeps telling me to wait for him to come talk to me, but is that really the right thing to do? I really do love him, but he really did cross the line this time, even if it was out of character for him.

I'm guessing he's avoiding you in the hopes that you'll forget all about it. That way he doesn't have to deal with whatever the issue actually was.

I'd give him a week. Then I'd call..and I'd ask him, do we discuss this or do we call it quits?

first I will start off by saying guys suck at listening, they don't understand that women need them to listen, without trying to find a solution or give advice. You told him how you feel, now he needs time by himslef to think it over and figure it out, he need to go into his "cave", In his cave he bocomes so focused on solveing a problem or finding a solution, he will temporarily lose awarness of everthing else. Give him time to think this over, when he is ready to come out, he will talk.

If he really loved you and he was sorry, he already would have talked to you. I'd say move on and find someone else
