Singles & Dating - 23 March 2007

Ok me and my boyfriend are about to make 1 year in May and everything use to be all good with us, then he got on "MYSPACE" and since then our relationship hasn't been the same we are constantly arguing about "MYSPACE" he makes me so mad cuz he's always telling other girls that they are sexy and that they are his number one show stopper and they are certified eye candy and stuff like that, and then i found out he'd been sending messages to this one girl cuz i broke his password and so we got into a big argument, then things started getting better and he would just go on people page and just say i'm just showing some luv and dat would be it, but now we are back to where we started, he back to flirting with all these different girls and it's really starting to annoy me, i mean i want to know should i have the right to be mad at him! cuz he told me some stuff like as long as he's not cheating on me then i should have nothing to say, but isn't flirting like cheating???

My ex of 6 months recently broke up with me because she said she felt bored to me. The truth is though that I'm a very shy person. She know's this but after 6 months she feels like she know's the kind of person I am now when in reality I'm still very shy to her? I don't have a problem being around her it's just making conversation with her and keeping her entertained. I just feel like sometimes I don't know what to say or how to act around her and I was afraid that if I did I might mess things up with her. She doesn't want to give me a second chance now because she says she feels like she already knows me which I know isn't true. I don't want any move on answers just some advice on how to overcome my shyness with her and get her back.

I've liked a childhood friend for almost 5 years..but seen her only once in that time since she lives in another country. I've tried to move on, but I can't get into a serious relationship with anothe girl...something inside just turns off after a certain point! I told her about my feeling last summer, but she didn't give me a clear "Yes" or "No". Since we only talk on the phone or chat online...it's hard to guess what's going through her mind!

My boyfriend is currently in college with a really busy schedule. There are days that I don't hear from him in a while but I think I've gotten used to that. We also go out once a week but sometimes he can't make it and I understand that too. I'll atleast be happy if he took a few mins atleast every other day to e-mail me or something but I guess not. I've talked to him about it a million times but everytime I complain its me that doesn't understand. But he also says he'll put more effort which only last a while and then it goes back to being the same. Even if I try to send him sweet notes, I guess he's too busy to reply. Ive been really busy too with college when he wasn't going and I always found atleast a few mins. to talk to him because he's that important to me. He says he truly loves me but his "coldness" makes me sad alot. How can I accept how things are and get used to it?

i went out with this guy last year, starting in october, ending 2 months later. i just broke up with my boyfriend 3 weeks ago, and its been really hard. i know i'm moving into another relationship too fast, but ive always been a people pleaser, and this guy i'm dating again said hed give anything to have a 2nd chance with me. i gave in cause i figured i didnt have anything to lose, but i think i just see him as a friend, even though i flirt with him and he's one of the few people i can be myself around. should i just end it while i can and save myself from lying all the time, or should i wait it out and see how it goes?

So I'm a senior this year and I'm graduating high school and my friends and I were talking about how we missed our childhood. So i decided to host this little event with about 20 or so people that I'm friends with. We were all going to go to the park and play some games from back in the day one last time just to kind-of remember the past.

we were going to play a game of "capture the flag" at first that was just the main plan to just go and play a game of capture the flag but then I thought about adding some more activities.

so in the end I've decided to do
-capture the flag
-tug of war
-that giant parachute thing
-Four square
-basketball

It was just a day in the park to have a good time. But i haven't really "told" any of my friends about it yet. I'm afraid they migiht think it's kind-of "dumb" or "weird"

I was wondering if you could tell me what you think?
If you were a senior in high school would you think this was more "weird" or "fun" or what?? Should i take anything out

Ok so I have been dating my boyfriend for 9 months now. He lives over an hour away and we only see each other on weekends. We are in love everything is going great but I have a little problem.

He works late on sundays (he works the graveyard shift) and lately we have been only seeing each other on Sundays. I have hurt my back and haven't been able to drive to his house in a while. But the past couple months he would rather spend he free day with his friends. Should I keep my mouth shut and let him, or ask if we could have at least one saturday together?

Okay, so three years ago, I dated this guy for a few weeks. It got very emotional and sexual very quickly, instant relationship and intimacy. Everything was going wonderfully, until out of nowhere he breaks up with me. He didn't really give me a reason why (except the whole, it's not you, it's me thing), and everything seemed to be going well, so I got really upset at it. We had mutual friends we both hung out with. I didn't want to make the situation uncomfortable so I just wouldn't really talk to him without talking to me first and I didn't say anything romantic to him. But then, in front of our friends, he'd have these mean, snide remarks he'd make at me out of nowhere (remarks he had never said to me before). I would only be able to take it for so long before I started being snide back, prompting him to say he was just kidding and I should stop being so bitchy and psychotic. Eventually, I just stopped hanging out with him, because I didn't want us to deal with this.

I saw a picture of my ex-boyfriend with another girl and it kinda bothered me. I saw the picture on his facebook account. I mean I dunno why I felt kinda hurt? We only dated for a month, then HE ended it saying he was busy, and we never had sex cuz he knew I'm saving myself for marriage. It seems lke he's a player. But he was my first bf and first kiss so could that be why it bothered me? Girls have u seen pics of your ex with another girl and if so did it bother u too? How did you get over the pic and not care? I don't understand why I still can't get over my ex-bf. I mean I never gave him my virginity so why do I feel still kinda attached & why do I hold a soft spot for him in my heart? His staus on facebook says that he's single so do you think the girl in the pic was just a friend? Also, on msn he was listening to PERsian music and he's NOT persian but I am. I never introduced him to persian music & I know he never listens to this kind of music, So does it mean hes thinking of me?
