Numb by Linkin Park, it means shes loosing her identity it happens to too many women we engulf ourselves in our boyfriends lives and all of a sudden their life is our life and we no longer have our own circle of friends and it feels lonely.

Sounds like a song - probably not her original words but she would only send you this if it means something to her. She is saying that she wants to break up - she needs her space since she wants to be more like herself and less like you - in other words she wants to do what she is interested in doing instead of going along with you. You are probably a really nice guy and you need to find a girlfriend that is happy doing what you are interested in. She's out there but she is not this girl.
