I don't really know any specifics, but I will tell you this. If you really want to make her feel amazing, try to put really specific things on your list. Things that are only between the two of you. Maybe things no one else would notice. Like, "the way you rest your hand on the small of my back and hold me close" Just remember, the more personal it is, the bigger smile you will get from her!

see i made a list of 30 reasons why i loved my boyfriend, it only took me 8 minutes to write. Just think if things in the past thats hes done, the little quirky things she does that makes you smile. just the little things that you love about her... lol that should be easy. good luck with it love!
