Singles & Dating - 14 March 2007

I am a freshman at Penn State. I started to like this girl who lived down the hall from me. She is everything i look for in a girl funny, beautiful, and very smart. She did things that showed me that she liked me such as always being in my room, seating everyone at the movies so we sat next to each other and visiting me over winter break. For valentine's day I got her a really good gift, tickets to a show she wanted to see in Philly, and we had a great time. After that she started ignore me a little and whenever i saw her she would give me attitude. Should I continue to persue this girl or should I give up and seek someone else? Also what could change this shift in her personality?

if you ever have had to slap the crap out of a guy, how did you do it? by raising your hand or by drawing it back? which hand nailed him? just wondering if i'm in the minority or not. i got nailed on my left cheek by her right hand and she drew it back. just wondering which is most effective on us guys that's all.

My boyfriend and I have been going out for at least 3 months.. he has this friend (a girl) he hangs out with after school with sometimes. Whenever him and I talk he always seems to mention her or say something about her when we aren't even on the subject about anyone else. I don't want to be selfish and say he can't have any friends that are girls, I figure thats mean on both mine and his part and I also feel I can't do anything about it since he's known her longer than me. She says that shes not really looking for relationships. Maybe its just me overreacting but I just don't seem to like it when he mentions her so much. I feel really bad because I feel like I'm being selfish but at the sametime I feel worse when he talks about her... like he thinks about her all the time or something... but like I said I could be overreacting but if anyone could help me out I need alittle advice. Thank you.

I 'm Asian so I need to learn more American Culture.
I know this guy for two months and we like each other ( because he told me that). However, we can't move to the next step because he is my instructor. He kissed me when I went out to a bar with his friends. He told me everything that he likes me for a long time and finally kiss me. I think he did that because he was a little bit drunk. After that day, I reassure him that he will not get fired, so dont worry about our relationship. He told me that I shouldnt have kissed you but he told me also that I was glad that it happened. So, i told him if you feel good to kiss someone and you can make that person feel good, just go for it. Should i kiss him back? Why he kiss me? How can I keep him innterested in me until we can pursue our relationship? Does he still like me? I'm so confused!!!

I met a guy last November we got along great and the only problem was his job and distance but he was relocating back to our town for his new job and said he would have more time to spend then....in the mean time I met a different guy who was just as nice and available and we started dating and the became exclusive. it didnt last long and I really wanted to keep in touch with the first guy problem is he started spending time with an ex and now he wants to see me but needs time to make his decision. Should I keep seeing him (we are not sexual yet) or back away and let him know that when he decides I 'll be waiting?

broke up with my bf 2 weeks ago
because everything was getting on top of us, making us unhappy, i cried, he didnt call that type of thing.
he said he loved me one day then next he doesnt
We ended it but we agreed to stay friends,
since then i have not contacted him,
i wanted to move on but i cant i love him.
He sent me txts, called me a few times and
we arranged to watch a dvd together but never did,
last night he called to say he doesnt have dvd but if im
free to meet up..so we did..

and as we hugged i looked up we almost kissed.
He looked back as we walked away :(

My [new] boyfriend and I have an amazing emotional relationship, physical part is good too.. but he's so immature. And by "so immature" I mean, he's SOOOOO immature. He's 24.. (i'm 19), and he's been though 5 years of college in another state, left college (with the intention of going back) to move here (AL) to persue a music career with a local band. It's been a year and a half now and he'll be 25 in October. In my opinion this is when a man/woman begin a career, this is when you start your "real life." He has a full time job, regardless, he stays out until the wee-hours in the am (has to be at work at 6 am) because he travels to TN to see friends. I just don't understand.. I've watched so many of his band [members] have to work in shitty jobs (IE managers at Hollister and AF) because they have to spend time in this band. I want him to make something of himself. All in all, in this relationship, love just doesn't seem to be enough.. I can't have a dead-beat boyfriend/husband.

My ex-boyfriends mother wants me to come in visit her this summer i've never met her in person before . but, she seems very friendly and nice... My question to you is should i go?
And if i did go do you think he would be their? Keep in mind i haven't spoken to him for a little while.... And, if i did go to visit it would be to see her and go to a church function... Please answer ASAP.. Thanx

Ok..I talk to this guy over the internet all the time just as friends nothing else..we got into a conversation about why he didn't have a girlfriend. He says, hes words "she slept with his friend while he was in the house are you satified" so I said "please one more question, did u walk in on it ?" he replies F@#% you and signs out. I left him a message telling him he should be ashame of his self and I won't go down to his level and curse him out and I wished him well in life. So....I see him on line all the time and I was wondering should I ask him "why did he do that?" and I want to know was I wrong in some kind of way? help.

I was originally preparing to confess my love to her but I was too scared to do so - until one day when i had already written a secret love letter for her and it flew to her desk because the stupid wind was blowing and she saw it. I was really glad she didn't mind it and we became good friends - although i still loved her. I tried to protect her everyday as much as I could do and i decided to keep my love for her inside my heart forever.

However I never expected the worst day to come - she was involved in an accident and suffered a concussion - it left a blood clot in her brain which had to be removed as soon as possible or she'll die. Before she was pushed into the surgery room,she asked me "Can you tell me that you love me...for the first and the last time?" "I love you. Promise me you'll get well." and I never saw her since then....

I regret never confessing my love to her..what should I do to get over her death?

I have a crush on a guy at school. I haven't spoken to him in 4 months. He's popular, but I can tell that he gets nervous when he's surrounded by people he doesn't know. I'm really shy. The last time I spoke to him, I was having a bad day and he was annoying me. He was just trying to make me laugh, but I didn't take it to well. He liked me at that point. I don't know if he does anymore though (that's why I'm asking!). We make eye contact all the time in class and I catch him looking at me. We have 2 classes together. I really like him and can't stop thinking about him. Just tell me if he likes me. Please give reasons for your answers. Please tell me how I can get him to talk to me. I wanted to kiss him back (trust me I enjoyed the kiss; I wanted to kiss him back so badly) but I don't know...I think he's hot, sweet, and everything a women would love to have in a man (the personality).It's just I don't want to ruin our relainship as friends and plus the whole thing of the fact that he's well known around the world for what he's does for living, the lady's think he's hot and will love for him to kiss them.
