why can't i link my 360 picture to my profile?

I just fixed this problem for myself you have to shrink your text

Go to view in you browser toolbar make your text small click on your icon and in public view there should be edit my info on your card.
you should have the option to change your pic to 360 pic do that make sure to save changes.

i remember that i couldnt at first either, just go back to ur profile and make sure u let the page load fully, then select that option. hope this helps.
