Singles & Dating - 8 February 2007

i like this girl in math class, in the beginning it went all fine but close to the end of the semester, she seemed to not have enough time to study for her exames. as a result she did horrible on her past two exames.. so far there are two more tests left to go, but her spirit (pretty much everyone's ) spirit was destroyed because they felt that they are doing terrible in class.... as a friend how can i make her feel better about herself & whats comming up ahead! (two more exam to go) i mean...she likes the professor and all that but she felt guity that she can't find enough time to study.

please note: she has little time (work )to do her study (college) not to mentions find a time to study with someone else. i know that telling her that she needs to put study first won't do much because... you its hard for anyone to accept the fact!
so.. how can i provide her with some other means of comfort?

Tom and I met 4 yrs ago @ a wedding.Hes a close friend of my extended family.We had instant chemistry spent all night talking.We xchanged phone calls but things never went anywhere bc we lived in different states4.months ago we found ourselves living in the same city.Sparks were still there but bc I'd just moved I wasnt prepared to be in a relationship so we became FWB. We both became attatched in 2weeks and he admitted that he was feeling more."I could see this lasting forever" Once I moved into my apt he basically moved in with me stayed the night at my place 97% of the time, bought groceries etc. Lately, Ive been suspicious and letting things bug me that didn't before.He works long hrs but he always has, he talks about his supervisor, Sue ALOT.Last night was the breaking point, he went 2 a friends house 2 pick something up said he'd be back in 10 came back 3hrs later I didnt question went to bed he didn't, I asked him 2& he agreed after a shower.Very out of character.Should I worry?

I have a friend @ work who invited me few times to her house. there i met her friend (they live in the same house). i started being crazy about her. One day i asked my friend to go bowling together along with her BF and her friend.

She looked at me with a big smile and said 'Yeahhhhhh, above all my friend' and also said she'll see when we're all free altogether. but i didn't talk about it anymore.

So it's obvious she know that i like her friend. last week while taliking about cinema, i invited them all together. it was agreed. one day before going my friend told me that the ticket is too expensive and that she and her BF is not coming. leaving only me and her friend. I was happy. i got the opportunity.

that day i gave her a red rose, she was really happy. after the cinema i invited her to the pub and told her that i like her. but she didn't say anything. i asked when i can see her again she said next week at her birthday party.

I don't really have money to spend right now since I spent most of it for Christmas gifts especially his. I want to do something nice and special without having to spend so much. I made him a coupon booklet such as one coupon says good for one full body massage, whatever pages were left I put some notes from me and little poems I found and also put pictures of myself since he doesn't have any of me but they are about 2 years old (I haven't changed much since then just the haircut and hair color). I don't think the coupon booklet is good enough though, what are some other ideas? This is my first Valentine's Day I've had a boyfriend and I have only been with him for 4 months. This man has never said I am beautiful but comments on my clothing saying they are nice. He always finds a way to make a compliment about me being brainy every time I see him. I have been in a committed realtionship for 4 years and i love my guy dearly. The problem is that i don't feel anything at all when we have sex, no sensations at all. I have gotten so good at faking that my guy doesn't even know. i have had sex with other guys, but i have never felt it. When my guy goes down on me i feel that and i even have oragasms. but i still don't know what actual intercourse feels like an we have done it thousands of times. My boyfriend apparently never really does the whole valentines thing. What can i suggest we do that would be special, but not OTT. I have been single for many years and I think that I've come to an age where I must begin a new life, meaning with somebody else. I like this guy Robin, and he's so cute (etc etc etc)!!! But I don't know how to ask him for a date!

Well, yeah I think that a date is too soon, because we don't know each other so good. We only talk ehm twice in a week or something, so, we're not even friends. I just want to do something fun with him, going to the movies or whatever, as long as I can learn to know him, at least!

I am just being myself, I always try to make a conversation, but there's one problem. One of my friends, Caroline is his friend (?) and well, you know. She must get out of the way, or else it will never work!

And by the way, I'm not being mean to somebody, though.
